Privacy notice

What we collect on this site, why, and who handles it. Effective 14 October 2026.

Who we are

rampinspection.com is operated by SAFEJETS LLC (Newark, Delaware, USA), TEXORON OOD (Sofia, Bulgaria) and ENTROPOL R&D (Istanbul, Türkiye). For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address and message, the course or product you asked about, and anything optional you add (organisation, role, phone number, number of participants). We also record the page you sent it from, the referring page, the country your connection comes from and your IP address, to answer you properly and to stop abuse.

When you browse: our server keeps short technical logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) for security and troubleshooting. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to offer you a course or a demo (steps taken at your request before a contract).
  • To keep the site and the form secure (our legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal obligations, for example on accounting if you become a customer.

We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.

Who handles it for us

  • Our CRM, run by ENTROPOL R&D, where enquiries are stored and answered.
  • Mailgun (EU region), which delivers enquiry notifications by email.
  • Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check on the form tells people from bots, and which may carry our traffic.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on this site and so receives your IP address.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its use, and its transfer to you. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
